Margaret Moore has a 17-year-long career in the biotechnology industry in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and France. In 2000, she founded Wellcoaches Corporation, in strategic partnership with the American College of Sports Medicine, which has trained more than 10,000 health professionals as health and wellness coaches in 45 countries. She is the co-founder and co-director of the Institute of Coaching at McLean Hospital, a Harvard Medical School affiliate, and the co-director of the annual Coaching in Leadership and Healthcare conference offered by Harvard Medical School. Moore has co-authored the Coaching Psychology Manual and two Harvard health books, titled Organize Your Mind, Organize Your Life, and Organize Your Emotions, Optimize Your Life.
